MONDAY HALLOWEEN PLAY AT PARC

We've had a fantastic time during the October half term, with plenty of Halloween fun and games for all to enjoy, and Monday's Halloween special was no exception! As you can see from our snaps, the session was action packed, with a whole host of spooky arts and crafts, plus Mummy making free play.

(Jade and Tom make for marvellous mummies) 🎃

Other crafts included, pumpkin painting – Creating their own pumpkin pictures using paint, paper and card.

Moving skeletons – cutting out parts of a skeleton and fixing the body parts together with split pins.

Graveyard collages – Colouring their own graveyard scene and adding monsters, mummies, ghosts and other Halloween characters.

Plus sensory play - Finding spiders in a bowl of ‘blood and guts’ (using baked beans, spaghetti hoops, custard and food colouring).

Big thanks to all our After School Club members and the PARC team for another great play session at our Great Notley centre.

More about PARC (Essex)

We offer a wide variety of services, play opportunities and activity sessions at our purpose built indoor centre and outdoor adventure playground, where children with additional needs can enjoy themselves, while parents and other siblings can take a break. Our Activity Clubs run all year round, during term time and the school holidays. This gives the families of additional needs children a break and opportunity to undertake other activities, safe in the knowledge their children are being cared for.

At PARC, we believe Every Child Has The Right To Play and recognise the importance Play has to the development and growth of all children.
